Caspian Event Organisers LLC is looking for the candidates for the full-time position of Office Manager Assistant.

ABOUT COMPANY:

Caspian Event Organisers LLC organises many of the largest exhibitions and conferences in the Caspian region. Every year, the company holds over 20 trade exhibitions and conferences in Azerbaijan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Overseeing general office operation
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Ordering food, stationery and furniture
• Arranging, disassembling and organizing cleaning activities d
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing letters and reports
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

REQUIREMENTS:

** University degree;
** Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral;
** Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.);
** Excellent communication and presentation skills;
** Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented person;
** Be enterprising and target-oriented;
** Ability to work under pressure;
** Excellent organisation and time management skills;
** Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to details;
** Strong verbal and written communication skills;
** Flexible and co-operative;
** Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person;
** Good team player.
