Tour Coordinator – Official contract till January2020

Responsibilities:

• Plan domestic tours including lodging, food and transportation arrangements.
• Listen carefully and meet the needs of clients.
• Respond to emails from customers and give sales support
• Handle the processing of all email requests with accuracy and timeliness
• Acting as a customer service contact for walk - in clients who have questions about ongoing products
• Work closely with the guides
• Arranging reports in 1C

Requirements:

• Knowledge of travel industry.
• Skill in bargaining to purchase best travel package at economical price.
• Skill in public relations and handling complaints.
• High level of organisational skills
• Strong people skills and customer focus
• A strong work ethic and be energetic
• Ability to work unsupervised to deadlines
• Proficiency in English and Russian
• Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
