Vacancy for position ``Project Manager``

Duties and Responsibilities

- Managing projects;
- Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope;
- Setting deadlines, assign responsibilities for all invited subcontractors and internal services/personal and summarize progress of project;
- Working on Projects from inception to completion for example, taking client enquiry/suggestion, specifying and designing solution, producing pricing and proposal, liaising with client and taking order for project and ensuring delivery of project via the company employees and subcontractors;
- Effectively schedule all preconstruction activities;
- Reviewing the tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness;
- Check prepared Bills of Quantity for accuracy and thoroughness according the drawings;
- Analyzing Bill of Quantities of projects, specifications and drawings and prepare & issue material supply enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt;
- Analyze the project detaily and able to explain the project details to subcontractors;
- Analyze quotations and specifications of products received from suppliers;
- Check shop drawings of subcontractors and discuss/coordinate it with clients;
- Check the samples provided by subcontractor for compliance with drawings and specifications;
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
- Maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and clients;
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
- Delegate project tasks within construction site based on skill and experience levels of project executors;
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of the goals;
- Oversee the daily site works and issuing site instructions;
- Coordinate on a regular basis with all project team and contractors;
- Communicate with design teams to clarify all details;
- Ensure that all quality control and health and safety is adhered to at all times;
- Purchase and ensure that materials for construction are on site as in project;
- Inspect work at sites for compliance with contract terms and specifications;
- Actively lead the safety culture on each project & conduct regular project safety audits;
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Required Skills

- At least Bachelor's Degree in architectural or engineering field;
- 27 - 45 years old;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing/coordinating of construction projects in fit out and joinery works.
- Experience in budget planning and management;
- Excellent understanding of drawings of fit out and joinery works;
- Ability to manage contractors and labor work force;
- Demonstrate an understanding of overall project requirements and the ability to advise client’s knowledgably on overall project management issues;
- Strong Knowledge in Computer Applications such as AutoCAD (reading and drawing), project planning tools, Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Azerbaijani, Russian).


- Monthly fixed salary (depends on experience) + bonuses.
