Office/SMM Administrator

• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Provide constructive feedback


• University degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage a number of sales projects while communicating efficiently with the third parties and within the organization
• Knowledge of Russian and English (fluent) is mandatory

Salary is 500-550 AZN .
