General Manager

Job duties

 General management of company
 Controlling incomes and expences
 Work to meet all sales targets, plan sales strategies, analyze sales data, and work to expand sales.
 To look through the offers from transportation companies for shipping of equipment
 Total responsibilities for the technical and financial successful results of the company.
 Implement all policies and procedure set-out by the CEO.
 Ensure that the company’s structure is aligned to the company’s business strategy.
 Prepare an annual business plan and be responsible to meet the forecasted budget, cash flow and profit.
 Develop new business opportunities
 Monitor the progress of all projects and keep the CEO informed of any critical issues.
 Manage business risk throughout all aspects of the company’s activities.
 Develop business relationships with strategic partners.
 Ensure that throughout all areas of the company’s activities such as business development, planning engineering, construction legal, finance, etc. are well coordinated to ensure that the management system is in place to achieve company strategy and target.
 Obtain the CEO approval for all major company activities such as new projects bidding, financial commitments, assets purchasing and key staff hiring and appraisals.

Job requirements:

• This vacancy is applicable for Male candidates only
• Age: 25 - 40
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
• Knowledge of market research
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills;
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in management, business planning, administration, project management
• Office administrative and management practices and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
• Have strong problem-solving skills and be assertive in challenging situations
• Good communications and negotiation skills
• Strong skills to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with Company staff, business organizations, customers and others encountered in the course of work.
• Ability to accept independent decisions;
• Superior communication, interpersonal & presentation skills;
• Maximum discipline;
• Salary will be determined by mutual agreement
