We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to join Sinteks Group of Companies.

Purpose of the Job:

Providing help to end users upon requests. Installation and solving of software and hardware issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installation and troubleshooting of Operating Systems.
• Installation and troubleshooting of the office IT-related hardware.
• Installation and troubleshooting of the software.
• Report to IT Helpdesk Team Leader and IT Manager.

Person Specification:

Experience: 2 years in mentioned field.

Qualifications / Education: IT academy or IT-related certificate in any of the relative sphere.


Microsoft Windows 7/10, OSI Model, Routing, access points, switches, printers, scanners, Active Directory, Microsoft Office.

Work Skills:

1. Microsoft Windows OS installation, troubleshooting, drivers installation, checking logs, RDP, etc.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Domain system and Active Directory (Adding PC’s to domain, checking GPO’s, groups and user rights)
3. Setting up network equipment, physical connection and firmware.
4. Installation and troubleshooting of MS Office 2013/16/19 products. Good knowledge of MS Outlook.

General Skills / Attributes: Communication skills, responsibility, high motivation.
