Deputy Permitting Coordinator

Requirements:

•         Experience: 5 years at least
•         English language: Fluent (At least has to be able to express himself freely)
•         Work Hours: 10 hours/day

Responsibilities:

- Correctly apply procedures, specifications and rules of the Project.
- Analyze risks of work from a contractual point of view.
- Ensure continuity between engineering and construction
- Lead activities related to finalization of on-site designs
- Direct and encourage activities related to the “AS-Built” completion of engineering documents
- Support the Construction Team activities by solving discrepancies and interferences noted as site conditions and/or in engineering documents;
- Follow up the response of STQs received both by subcontractors and construction team.
- Responsible to identify, develop and issue Change Orders;
- Resolving all issues with vendors (coordination of assistance at site, claims and back charges, visit to workshops to follow up and expedite construction progress);
- Identify and make requisitions of additional materials not detect at engineering step or due to new needs;
- Coordination at site of activities performed by vendors;
- Coordination at Site of engineering activities;
- Coordination of Engineering Subcontracts
- Proven experience with regards to approval of Project Documentation for Azerbaijan Ministry of Emergency Situations.
