Job brief

We are looking for a competitive Aftermarket Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide customer timely service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities

• Verifying the purchase orders of Customers and conducting checks for the correct parts applicability. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a storehouse and liaising with storekeeper
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies policies and procedures
• Preparing the overall monthly report
• Preparing quotations and invoicing after receiving all the parts as per the parts list given to the customer; replying to customer queries on parts discrepancies
• To provide administrative support to the sales team

Requirements:

• Education: University degree. Preferably in Economics;
• A minimum of 1-2 years related experience in industry;
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani - native, English - upper-intermediate, Russian – Upper-intermediate;
• Good communication skills.
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: will be appointed based on interview
