Administrative Specialist

We are looking for multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an Administrative Specialist, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Specialist must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.


• Answer and route phone calls and take messages
• Work closely and collaboratively with Business Development and other departments to help solve clerical issues
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails
• Oversee and administer the day to day activities of the office
• Perform internal administrative duties as assigned by the Business Development Department
• Compile and/or conduct assessment data, collect preliminary documentation, and support other pre-proposal preparatory activities


• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in administration, or some combination of relevant education and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent Azerbaijani and Russian, good command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Valid driving license
