Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Salary: 1000 – 1200 AZN, depends on performance & experience

Hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00, Saturday: 10:00-15:00

Responsibilities:

● Create and manage a variety of high-quality content pieces in various formats, including social media copy, blog content, thought pieces, etc. across a range of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
● Work with our management and marketing administrator to create compelling content and campaigns
● Develop and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
● Form weekly posting schedule that includes various content types (photos, videos, blogs, market updates, testimonials, etc.)
● Regularly review the social and digital work of our competitors and industry leaders to constantly stay at the forefront of digital trends
● Work with management & marketing administrator to create/design marketing material
● Increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across social and other networks

Requirements:

● Excellent command of the English language
● Must have an in-depth working knowledge of the top social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc)
● Experience creating and managing content
● Experience creating successful social media ad campaigns, including conversion and retargeting campaigns
● Understanding of B2B marketing
● Experience using and reporting analytics
● Photo & Video content creation and editing skill is a plus.
