EURO2020 TICKETING COORDINATOR - a unique work experience in a prestigious tournament as the European Championship.

We are planning to recruit more than 3-4 candidates for this job.

Position overview:

• Collaborate closely with the Venue Ticketing Manager/ LOS Venue Ticketing Manager
• Main contact for the Ticket Centre/ stadium counterparts
• Close collaboration with other projects like Accreditation, Safety, Security and Service and Signage
• Conduct training of the Ticketing Centre/ Stadium volunteers
• Prepare the documentation used for the training of the Ticketing Centre/ Stadium volunteers
• Monitor the activity of the volunteers and report any issue to the volunteer manager
• Prepare report post-tournament

Ticket Centre Coordinator

• Preparation and set-up of the Ticketing Centre
• Ensure smooth running of the Ticketing Centre
• Ensure an excellent customer service to the fans
• Troubleshoot problems related to the ticket collection process/mobile ticketing
• Supervise the management of the facilities and queues
• Supervise the dismantling of the Ticketing Centre

Stadium Ticketing Coordinator

• Ensure proper implementation of the ticketing operations within the stadium including seat checks, signage, preparation of ticketing stadium locations
• Implement mobile ticketing operations as required
• Implement match day operations in accordance with the ticketing operations plan
• Supervise match day stadium preparations
• Staff planning for match day stadium operations
• Support with safety and security, spectators and access control services
• Troubleshoot ticketing-related problems as they arise
• Provide customer service for ticketing matters at the venue if required
• Daily report to the LOS Venue Ticketing Manager

Profile of successful candidate:

Must have requirements

• University degree
• Experience of 2 years in customer facing environment
• Experience of 1 year in ticketing for international events
• Full professional proficiency in English (both oral and written)
• Good team management skills
• Organized, service-oriented and resistant to stress
• Ability of work extra hours during match days and match day preparations
