Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca￾Cola company in Azerbaijan. Having first started in 1994, Coca-Cola bottling operations in Azerbaijan came under the roof of Coca-Cola İçecek in 2007.

Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers serves a consumer base of 10 million with 1 plant and more than 300 employees in Azerbaijan. Its product portfolio comprises Coca-Cola, Bonaqua, Burn, Büyülü Bohça, Büyülü Kutu, Cappy, Doğadan, Fanta, Fuse Tea, Sprite.

The Responsibilities:

• Identifying training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the line managers
• Providing inputs to the Training Strategy and designing & expanding development of specific training development plans based on the needs of the organization and the individual;
• Revising and aligning online trainings to the company requirements
• Managing HR projects
• Planning training courses and sessions and managing and monitoring the assigned training budget
• Cooperating with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses
• Managing Orientation Onboarding
• Monitoring the best practice in the training area and introducing it in the organization
• Conducting new employee Orientations & Adaptation and other required trainings within company by using LMS
• Preparing required reports

The Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• 1-3 years of working experience in related field
• Ability to teach
• Exceptional organizational skills. Recognized for cross-discipline talents in needs for analysis and problem resolution in fast paced environments.
• Communication and interpersonal skills. Maintained exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
• Innovative, and self-motivated team player. Initiated action and follow through to conclusion of any commitment.
• Public speaking skills
• Advanced user in MS Office programs, specially Excel
• Good command of Azeri, English and Russian Languages (Upper Intermediate)
