Construction Manager


• To forecast the project works, control forecasting and make amendments;
• Assists to the PM to develop the programs of construction maintenance work;
• Assists to the PM to develop the construction drawings and technical specifications;
• Assists to the PM to choose contractors including opening up of the tender and proposals processes;
• Conducts project documentations;
• Attends in money costs management on the project according to the budge;
• Controls the compliance with occupational safety rules, environmental protection during the project execution;
• Controls quality of project works;
• Executive drawings that were organized in the correct form and other documents that shall be presented to the customer;
• To participate in the timely resolution of issues arising from the construction process;
• To provide the necessary indicators in order to use the project-estimate document by providing the sufficiency and quality of initial instructions received from organizations for projection;
• To realize the control of implementation and delivery schedule of the project-estimate document agreed with project organizations, to participate in organization of project-estimate agreement and approval and in making changes to it accepted way in accordance with expertise and contractor’s organizations` claims;
• To realize the agreement and determination of contract prices for the relevant constructional objects and existing normative documents with the participation of project organization and contracting agency in order to compile contract agreement related to based construction within accepted period;
• To submit complaints related to the land area issues for construction in accepted way and prepare specific measures related to release it from existing constructions, if necessary;
• To participate in presenting completed objects documents to the commission and commission works;
• To perform related other tasks by Department Manager/Management.


• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred; commensurate experience in construction projects including experience in planning, designing, and constructing water or wastewater treatment and/or conveyance facilities will be considered;
• 4-8 years of relevant experience as a Construction Manager;
• Must have experience with High-rise buildings;
• Ability to understand complex contract documents and technical processes;
• Proficient of local/regional codes and ordinances, reading/interpreting construction documents and contracts;
• Ability & willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays with short notice;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
• Must have the ability to thrive in a team environment;
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.
