We are looking for a CRM Data Analyst with the experience and desire to help drive corporate sales initiatives in the large banking institution. In collaboration with our key internal sales, product and process experts, we want someone who is passionate about delivering actionable insights to make sure we learn from every single customer interaction, and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of all customer contact we undertake.

The CRM Data Analyst is a key member of Business strategy and reporting team that provides data and analytical support to Corporate and SME business. Essential job functions span from analytics infrastructure, data operations, measurement, testing, data mining, data exploration and visualization, to in-depth analysis and modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend full eco-system of customer data across Bank’s systems, with a focus on data accumulated in Infor CRM platform
• Exercise sound analytical capabilities to interpret data within business context; provide actionable recommendations
• Develop financial models that are used to measure division's performance, customer’s buying behavior and provide data-based insights to drive sales in the corporate department.
• Use data and analysis to prepare concise and easy to follow dashboards and visual tools, maximising our use of data and making sure that the key insights are easy to identify
• Lead all aspects of CRM data management; maintain and ensure the data integrity of client records in CRM; Conduct regular maintenance and reconciliation of client profitability data. Provide value-added reporting for client managers
• Work with the division's senior management and provide ad-hoc analysis and work on strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with other divisions and branches to support sales activity

Knowledge, experience and qualifications

• 2-3 years of financial reporting experience in leading financial institutions (front office preferred) and/or experience in audit companies
• High proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power Point
• PL/SQL, VBA and BI knowledge;
• Data reporting experience;
• Knowledge in Infor CRM is a plus (but not must);
• Attention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and high commitment to data accuracy;
• Working knowledge of corporate banking products

Education Level

• Bachelor's degree in economy, business administration or engineering
