TWI in Azerbaijan is providing Inspection and NDT Services (3rd party Inspection), Consultancy services of Material, Corrosion Engineering, Research and Consultancy, Failure investigation, Structural Integrity assessment, Welding Engineering, Engineering Facilities (Procurement) WPS & PQR, WQT and international training & Certification (


• To administrate IT systems (Windows);
• Develop and write computer programs and instruction to perform specific tasks related to organizational goals;
• Create workflow diagrams and charts to demonstrate the functionality of programs before coding them;
• Run software tests to spot and resolve bugs and inconsistencies;
• Write code for software patches and bug fixes;
• Perform regular audits to identify software inefficiencies and mastermind ways to improve workflow;
• Write and continually update documentation for all programs for internal and external reference;
• Troubleshooting system errors;
• Maintaining operating systems;
• Profiling and analyzing algorithms;
• To find out and solve Windows based system problems;
• To optimize and support the IT operation’s products, services, processes and strategy;
• To pro-actively support and enhance operational status of IT systems;
• To follow IT Security Policies and guidelines.
• Design all or part of an information system;
• Perform all programming and/or configuration assignments;
• Define and incorporate system security and control procedures to protect data entrusted to assigned systems;
• Analyze and resolve software errors in a timely and accurate fashion;
• Ensure the documentation for programming, users of the system and other support service workers meet overall business process;
• Provide status reports where required;
• Draft design specifications for software applications;
• Create and maintain documentation for code and/or configuration throughout the system development lifecycle;
• Train end users on established programs;
• Provide on-call support and problem resolution;
• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.

Your skills and competencies

• University degree (in Information Technologies is preferred).
• At least 3 years of work experience in Information Technologies.
• Knowledge of IT and control systems.
• To investigate troubleshoots in software and hardware issues.
• Strong understanding of customer privacy, local privacy/information security legislation.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.
• Experience in IT project management, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge with IT concepts with databases and operating systems.
• Experience with relevant WAN/LAN technologies, server virtualization, storage, security technologies, and databases.
• Knowledge of MS Active Directory, MS Exchange 2003/2010/2013, Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016.
• Excellent knowledge of Storage Area networks and protocols (FCP, FCIP, FCoE), multi-pathing technologies (MPIO), disks, volumes, mount points.
• Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, FTP, internet protocols.
• Knowledge of IT Hardware concepts (RAID, SAN, x86 Architecture, SCSI, ISCSI, FCP, FCIP)
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
