Reports to (position): Team Lead

Job purpose

Responsible for providing first line support to internal PASHA Banks business applications.

Main Accountabilities

- Maintenance and deep support for core(banking) systems and third party applications
- Helping end-users to investigate and troubleshoot requests by minimizing ETAs
- Supporting testers for creating and managing test servers
- Assisting developers to speed up the process of development and analysis

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Education: Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant field.
• Work experience: Minimum 1 year
• Foreign Language: English (upper-intermediate), Russian (conversational)
• Computer Skills: Linux/Windows, SQL, PL/SQL Scripting
• Product Knowledge: Banking System
• Market Knowledge: N/A
• Other: N/A
