
Caspian Event Organisers LLC is looking for the candidates for the full-time position of Account Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• General administrative support for the sales manager; • Proceeding of databases for sales; • Phone calls of the local and international database of clients; • Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients; • Concluding contracts; • Collecting payments; • Preparation of reports of the exhibition; • Coordination of all work with marketing, technical and administrative departments.
REQUIREMENTS: • University degree; • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral; • Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.); • Excellent communication skills; • Ability to work under pressure; • Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to details; • Flexible and co-operative; • Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person; • Good team player.
