Position: Customer Care Specialist
Department: Customer Development
Reporting to: Customer Development Officer

Customer Care Specialist is responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities, working closely with IT, product, sales and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Multi-tasking abilities

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Advanced digital literacy

Working hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
