Job Description:

• Coordinating EPCI interfaces: internal, external, physical, logistical, organizational and any other relevant to the project, in-line with the project schedule.
• assist the execution of the EPCI activities; in particular, coordinate all interfaces between EPCI contractor and CLIENT, via the interface management system and regular workshops.
• attend design reviews and workshops as required to support assurance of interface management performance.
• Prepare, track and expedite critical interfaces regarding scopes, engineering, equipment and materials are managed correctly.
• Coordinate reviews of ENGINEER CONTRACTORs Design and CLIENT Procurement related documents
• Track review actions are closed.
• Log and closeout all interfaces related to project.
• Attend Risk and Opportunity Review workshops
• Ensure COMPANY has maintained all relevant and critical project related communications, documents and records.
• Ensure that own actions are conducted in accordance with the COMPANY HSE management system.
• Coordinate with the internal PROJECT package interface coordinators, and align actions
• Coordinate the COMPANY external interfaces.
• Attend weekly interface meetings
• Identify project schedule & cost impacts as soon as possible


• A degree qualification in an engineering field is beneficial.
• A preferred 5-years’ experience in the industry, or at least 2-years O&G experience.
• A minimum 2-years’ experience as an Interface Engineer/ Coordinator or Project Engineer is preferred
• An experience in the EPCIC of fixed facility, topside, SURF packages is beneficial
• An experience dealing with installation and HUC CONTRACTORs is beneficial
• An Experience at fabrication yards is beneficial
• Experience of multi-discipline engineering in the E&P/ O&G industry is beneficial to provide the necessary overview of the business, with experience in planning or project engineering.
• A good experience and understanding of planning, budgeting and managing interfaces.
• Conversant with International, group engineering standards, as well as HSE standards.
• Good, interpersonal, organization skills and ability to work independently are essential.
• Good communication skills and an aptitude for taking initiatives are essential, as is the ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
• Ability to manage the relationship with key stakeholders.
• An understanding of the risks and the technical/ commercial issues associated with the development of oil and gas projects.
• Proven track record of result deliveries in challenging project environments.
• Strong capabilities in problem solving in complex project and business environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Word, Power-point and Excel is essential,
• Understanding spoken and written English language is essential.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft applications, an understanding of SAP database systems is beneficial
• Language skills: English and Azerbaijani – full proficiency
• Able to read simple sketches and drawings
