ATL Tech is a local company specialized in Information and Communication Technologies with more than 10 years’ experience in software and mobile application development. By having partnership with global companies, ATL Tech offers a broad range of products and services, including IT consulting, systems integration, security, software services and solutions.

Currently we are looking for a “Customer Support Coordinator”.


 Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
 Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
 Assist in product purchasing and order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, giving pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc.
 Handle incoming tasks related to; return material requests, product samples, order referrals, sales promotions, etc.
 Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
 Provide price and cost proposals in response to customer’s requests.
 Develop knowledge about each customer’s business model and requirements.
 Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives.
 Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
 Active;
 Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
 Basic understanding of capabilities and limitations of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, etc.)
