Position Summary

The School Sales Specialist develops and implements sales strategies in order to achieve business goals, by promoting Caspian Entertainment facilities awareness inside school’s potential customers


• Forecast sales, develop new sales strategies and evaluate sales impact in profits
• Identify schools needs and build long term partnerships
• Ensure schools sales budget accomplishment
• Research school’s sales competitors and report them
• Suggest strategies to meet school sales target
• Manage school’s customer database, ensuring constant information is shared
• Collaborate with Group Sales Manager determining the best sales strategies, pricing and promotions to be used for schools
• Ensure sales by the proper identification of the communication media to be used: door –to-door, presentations
• Monitor competitors and prepare and analyze competitors pricing and promotions within the territory to improve school’s sales strategy
• Ensures facilities promotion and deliver pricing information to school’s sales channel
• Report school’s attendance and sales reports
• Provide follow up to customers after a visit, in order to improve service, packages and for maintaining the relationship
• Establish a working plan to meet school’s sales objectives
• Create school’s groups processes and procedures according to company standards
• Elaborate special programs packages, such as summer camps or winter camps
• Prepare requested reports (Ex: Sales Report, Competition Report, Schools Packages, Sales cost, Sales average, Total Sales, Customer Satisfaction Index)
• Continuously follow up and support school visits before, during and after operations to improve company service standards.
• Support the operations when requested on events or organizations in collaboration with operations team.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communication
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience and customer service
• Public Relations Knowledge
• Previous Sales Strategies Knowledge
• Budget Elaboration
• High level of Negotiation skills
• Fluent on English and Russian.
