About the department

You will join a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for business in Azerbaijan. You will report to the Country Manager Azerbaijan and be located in Baku.

The position

In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support in Azerbaijan Affiliate.
You will organise business trips, meeting and events (preparing all necessary documents, materials), including hotel and tickets reservation, preparing visa invitation letter);
Accept and distribute the correspondence; Accept and transfer telephone calls;
Prepare documents for customs (preparing invoice, if necessary, translate the documents needed for customs).
Also, you will be responsible for Administrative vendors management; Archive; Occupational Health and Safety;
Log Customer Contacts and keep folders according to the policy
Organize subscriptions to medical magazines for RA
Ensure that Admin corporate policies and procedures are in line with the requirements of the local Labor Legislation;

Qualifications

• University degree
• Experience in the related fields 1+ years
• Good command of English, Azerbaijan, Russian, spoken and written
• Profound organizational skills
• Experienced PC user (MS Office)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in multinational environment
