PROCUREMENT SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT/ ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with major Customers in order to ensure that required processes are fulfilled
• Provision of high-professional consultancy to the Customer in accordance with world and local business practices
• Developing and implementing Procurement strategies within Customer organization and ensuring that they fit corporate strategy
• Ensuring that relevant department resolved any technical issues with the customer software
• Monthly analysis and report preparation of issues related to the Customer communication
• Contract invoicing (commercial) follow up
• Creation and validation of change requests vs process and product philosophy
• Supports critical transactions for customers that include urgent orders and credit hold situations that require immediate resolution
• Maintains appropriate knowledge of projects and activities and account categories for capital expenditures, to ensure proper recording of capital transactions
• Develop and maintain technical, analytical, and collaboration proficiencies needed to ensure optimal application of technologies
• Take on project leadership roles and lead ERP specialists, contract resources and other project team members from the business in the delivery of critical projects which require end to end process and technical expertise based on best practices, business process and ERP expertise.
• Understand and manage client expectations to ensure strong client service and satisfaction by meeting the needs of clients in a complete and timely manner.
• Manage relationships with internal Development Team and internal customers on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

• Understanding of general business processes related to the Procurement
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in Digitalization projects
• Knowledge and experience in private and public procurement
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in Azeri, English and Russian
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
• Strong Teamworking skills
• Multi-tasking ability
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Mentoring others

Terms and Conditions:

• Location close to the city center
• 5/7 working days
• 09.00-18.00 working hours (including 1 hour for lunch)
• Fixed salary
