Employee motivation and performance manager
Our Bank is seeking a highly skilled, business-minded, experienced HR practitioner. As an Employee motivation and performance Manager, you will own the tactical day-to-day HR activities, as well as the roll-out of our annual and quarterly KPI evaluation program.
Key responsibilities:
You’ll work directly with our leaders on a variety of tasks ranging from employee relations, performance management and development, compliance with directives/local law, and driving the people strategy. You will be responsible for strategic Human Resources planning and goal setting, Develops and updates an annual HR business plan, which supports the initiatives of field operations: Establish and improve employee appraisal and career development politics; Performance analysis and bonus payment; Improvement of monetary and non-monetary system of motivation Develop, implement, and audit processes (with metrics) to reduce turnover; Develop and implement new ideas and concepts to move HR and the business forward.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline and 4 years of equivalent work experience; • Deep and broad knowledge of HR practices, principles, and procedures based on working closely with colleagues across the HR function and internal partners; • Problem solving skills - Superior ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutions; • Strong analytical skills – experience gathering & organizing large amounts of data; • Client management skills - Advanced ability to closely partner with senior and line managers; • Communications skills - Strong written and oral executive-level communications skills.
