We are expanding our Baku team and therefore we are looking for a proactive Office Assistant - someone smart, fearless & responsible. You'll have a lot of freedom to figure out how to achieve everything mentioned below. You work hand in hand with the rest of the office team and support all departments to create and maintain the company culture, to make sure our team has a nice and effective working environment.

What you'll be doing:

Take care of our office and team of 30+
Deal with landlord, if needed - lead expanding the office, negotiate the deals
Make sure our office is a nice, friendly and effective place to work at
Keep our meeting rooms ready for use, assist in facilitating meetings
Communicate with the landlord, cleaners, Internet provider and solve office space related problems
Order office supplies and refreshments
Organise events, celebrations for the team
Assist our Country Manager and other local teams
Help with HR related admin tasks and work alongside your People Partner
Collect, organise invoices, receipts and forward to accounting
Support employees onboarding and offboarding
Order IT equipment
Keep in touch with our Headquarter Office Management and People & Culture teams in Tallinn
Keep track of the office budget
Other - because Bolt is a fast developing startup and there is always something around the corner

Requirements:

Care about people and be passionate about helping others
Have previous experience in Office Assistant/Office Manager role
Have a very good attention to detail
Have excellent spoken and written English, any other language is a plus
Be tech-savvy and passionate about new technology
Ready to communicate with an international team and lots of different people
Be able to multitask, prioritise and focus
Ready to work both alone and in a team
Be delicate with information trusted to you

You'll get extra points if:

You have travelled the world or worked in very international teams
You are familiar with MacBooks, GDocs, Gmail, Slack (or an alternative), Skype and videoconferencing
