Position: Bartender

Requirements of post:

Education: secondary special professional
Work experience: no less than 1 year
English language skills: intermediate-upper intermediate , fluently Azerbaijan and Russian

The bartender is obliged:

- To provide fast and effective service in a bar, creates the friendly atmosphere, and carries out all duties with a smile.
- To welcome cordially guests, offers to each person menu and the card with drinks.
- To be responsible for preparation of ware and devices for work before opening of a bar and during the working day, prepares a place for storage of drinks and products in operating time. Prepares a bar for the following shift.
- To according to the accepted standards and procedures quickly and artistically prepares and submits drinks. Observes etiquette rules in service.
- To recommend drinks, helps to choose wine and aperitif. Informs guests on ways of preparation of dishes and structure of cocktails.
- To accept orders for cocktails, dishes and drinks according to instructions, makes accounts and traces payment. Places orders in the MICROS program.
- To keep tables clean and checks, whether guests are satisfied with dishes, drinks and service level.
- To control a condition of ware and bar furniture is responsible for purity and order in a bar.
- To clean ware and the bar territory according to the established regulations and administration instructions.
- To raise constantly the professional level, participates in trainings.
- To observe the quantitative norms and rules of supply of alcoholic and soft drinks, their flavoring and qualitative properties (year, the country of production, a note etc.).
- To observe strictly the rules of production sanitary and hygiene and in due time passes necessary medical examinations.
- To observe and supervise a practicability of technological process of a bar, i.e. pure and dirty currents of production should not have crossed. Strictly observes the commodity neighborhood of products (in refrigerators, freezers, on racks etc.).
- To observe and supervise terms of realization and a rule of storage of the goods, raw materials and bar drinks, carries out their corresponding marking.

Working Conditions:

• 5 working days schedule (40 hours per week)
• Lunch provided in the workplace
• Uniform provided by the workplace
