Head of Marketing Department


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4-5 Years –marketing experience as well as promotional sales program execution experience required

• Ability to demonstrate successful strategic thinking, planning and project management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, detail oriented, and work well under pressure.
• Strong understanding of the brand and retailer creative development and procurement process from concept to execution – in-store displays, selling event activations and promotional sales programs.
• Knowledge and experience working with print media, public relations, trade shows, retail merchandising, collateral, social media metrics and online platforms.
• Outstanding analytical ability and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation required.
• Ability to create strong, strategic business relationships across a multi-state organization.
• Organized and methodical with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time; work well under pressure.


• Leads the strategic development and planning of all in-store marketing and signage initiatives
• Develops and manages weekly, monthly and annual strategic plans for all marketing and in-store signage based on merchandising initiatives, sales goals and shopper insights
• Scan competitive activities for advertising & promotions as input to strategy development.
• Develop & execute ad & promo campaigns to help boost sales & enhance brand image in coordination with suppliers/agencies.
• Conduct post evaluation of ad & promos. Evaluate the effectiveness of all ad & promo activities in relation to business objectives & identify reasons for success or failure.
• Manage ad & promo budget. Control spending in relation to ad & promo activities to ensure that everything is within approved budget levels.
• Track billings of ad & promo suppliers/agencies, check the completeness of submitted documents to ensure that payments are made timely & accurately.
• Maintain brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communications.
• Provide direction and collaboration among multiple functional areas (sales, PR, marketing), to execute specific marketing plans across product channels.
• Collaborate with account and merchandising team to develop marketing plans, displays, promotions and events that foster customer engagement, drive traffic and increase sales.

Job type: full-time
Working time: Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, 5 working days a week
Salary – 5000 AZN
