 Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
 Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
 High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Integrity and professionalism
 Proficiency in MS Office
 High school diploma
 Fluent in Azeri, upper-intermediate level of English language, intermediate level of Russian
 Only female candidates


 Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office
 Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
 Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
 Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/documents/deliveries
 Hand over the relevant documents to the appropriate organizations, companies
 Update calendars and schedule meetings
 Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
 Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and faxing
 Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
 To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments
 Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management
 Serving tea, coffee to the director and his guests
 Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience during the interview
