Position: Senior HR Specialist (Employee Relations and Performance Management)

Department: HR & Administration

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Schedule, coordinate and conduct meetings with employees, collect/check complaint, evidence and explanation letters for disciplinary hearings;
 Gather, maintain and create a backup of all the disciplinary case data related to involved employees;
 Resolving employee relation issues by counseling employees and their line managers;
 Provide ongoing feedback to respective party/parties on work performance and employee conduct;
 Examining the source of problems between employees;
 Advise employees of the company expectations for conduct and performance;
 Review and analyze Performance management data and highlight insights, trends, concerns, and recommendations;
 Provide summary report on collected facts to Line Manager;
 Handle day-to-day HR operations related to Employee Relations and Performance Management.
 Work closely with all units (Office, Operations, DC) regarding Employee Relations (disciplinary offenses, infractions and all other processes proceeding from them) and Performance Management (all processes proceeding from it);
 General Performance Management related documents processing;
 Be familiar with existing Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) in the company and provide requests on a revision of non-compliances where necessary;
 Support the full and effective application of SOPs by providing advice and support, where required;
 Regularly review the effectiveness of the policy/procedure and revise it in line with legislative changes.

Requirements to candidate

 Experienced HR specialist (including handling employee relations, preferably who dealt with behavioral, performance issues or other gross misconducts)
 In-depth a solid knowledge of labor legislation
 Good communication skills
 Demanding
 Enthusiastic
 Open-minded
 Energetic
 Stress-resistant
 Insistent
 Legal educational or Legal work background (preferably)
 Industry experience (preferably)
