Japan Tobacco International in Azerbaijan is hiring smart, agile and communicable professional for the role of Trade Marketing Supervisor, Azerbaijan, based in Baku.

In this role, you will manage Trade Programs, analyze, maintain and update Trade Database, handle annual contracting cycle, and control budget.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Trade and Loyalty Programs in Points of Sales, including digital platforms, to achieve business goals;
- Handle, update and analyze Trade Database to achieve the best accuracy. Align and consolidate all trade / consumer activation processes to ensure effective coverage and prevent potential overlaps;
- Plan and implement Trade Channels projects in Azerbaijan including Census, collect, analyze and report all data and information;
- Supervise entire contracting cycle / documentation for Points of Sales to achieve the highest quality of contracted universe. Control and track budget;
- Support of PPOSM/TPOSM ordering for market via provision requested types of equipment and quantity, follow up with equipment samples testing, feedback consolidation from sales team and achieve of equipment placement KPIs in contracted coverage;
- Supervise warehouses operation including monitor of 1C WH stock balances and equipment orders made by sales team in 1C WH system.

Main requirements:

Education / Knowledge: University degree. Very strong knowledge of Excel. Advanced knowledge of big data analysis. Good understanding of advanced IT technologies / web tools / solutions and research systems would be a very strong advantage. Fluent Azerbaijanian and English. Fluent Russian will be an advantage;
Professional Experience: Minimum 1+ years in trade / consumer strategy and /or research field. Experience in multinational company or FMCG would be strong advantage;
Other skills: Strong technical analytics, very accurate and detailed data processing skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Solution-oriented. Proactive and flexible.
