Job Title: Hygiene & Program coordinator

Job Purpose:

Provide day-to-day oversight of trainings, educational and other internal programs, administrative and operational functions in order to achieve project sustainability and success in accordance with defined schedules, target, strategies and goals.
Ensuring consistent quality of production processes and hygiene at the work places by developing and implementing sustainable procedures and internal audits.

Key Accountabilities

- Develop, retain and recognise talent within the department
- Organize and schedule training programs, meetings/events and maintain agenda
- Support planning and coordinates activities of program with inter-related activities of other programs, departments or staff to ensure optimum efficiency, implementation and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications.
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the school
- Assist in recruiting, training, supervising, and mentoring volunteers and staff
- Build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Schedule and organize training programs, meetings/events and maintain agenda
- Attend meetings regarding school project and communicate with various agencies, restaurants, hotels, and educational organizations, and School personnel.
- Assist in Preparing of syllabuses, paperwork and other training materials
- Provide a students and company staff with agenda, training materials, syllabuses programs and other documentations
- Create, Keep updated records and carry out a student and customer database
- Support growth and program development
- Create presentations, summaries and helping materials to ensure better communication and company-wide understanding of the program
- Assist in maintenance and use computerize client database.
- Manage the log of quality reports, training programs and other documentation
- Prepares periodic reports on programs activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
- Evaluates program effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyses results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.
- Reviews applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.
- Ensuring that employees and students working or studying in production are aware of quality and hygiene requirements
- Provide trainings on Quality & Hygiene, GMP
- Conduct internal audits on quality and hygiene
- Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure quality
- Provide full information to clients and students about educational programs and other services provided by CASA
- Confers with and advises staff, students and others to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions and program goals and policy interpretation; refers to appropriate department person when unable to respond.
- Achieve high level of student satisfaction as determined by the Academy
- Maintains compliance with state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Educational Qualifications:

- Degree level education preferably in a Education, Economic, Hospitality, or other related field
- Certifications in Quality Assurance or Food Safety& Hygiene is necessary.

Work Experience

- Relevant experience (3 to 5 years) in related field required with supervisory experience
- Experience in quality assurance and hygiene audits,
- Training experience
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Power Point
- Excellent communication skill in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
