Maintenance and Sales Coordinator

Purpose Of Job:

Coordinating Maintenance Activities for Safety Technicians, preparing maintenance and sales job costing and submitting quotations. Arranging the prompt submission of job reports and quotations to the client and ensuring the timely close out of corrective actions. Participate in clients meetings including HSE discussions. Procurement of spare parts for maintenance jobs, and any other services/activities as directed by the General Manager, all to applicable procedures and standards as required by Company.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality
• Carry out work activities in accordance with all HSEQ requirements and procedures
• Conduct yourself in a safe manner and in a manner to protect the safety of others
• Carry out personal risk assessments and any other health and safety requirements to ensure personal safety

Operational Responsibilities
• Ensure work materials and equipment are suitable and used in the correct manner in accordance with relevant operating procedures
• Carry out work activities in accordance with Company procedures under the instruction and guidance of responsible to
• Ensure all work activities are completed in accordance with Company procedures and in compliance with client requirements

The main requirements for the role are:

• Very good language skills – Azerbaijani, English. Intermediate Russian would be acceptable
• Good I.T. skills
• Numerate 

Qualification:

• Degree in any related field 
• Masters in Business Administration

Experience:

• Minimum of three years experience in a maintenance co-ordination position. 
• Minimum of three years experience in a fire and safety field within the oil and gas industry.
• Previous experience in various databases and reports
• Previous experience in procurement  and/ or sales

This is an office based customer ‘facing’ role and thus requires excellent communication skills. This is a commercial role so accuracy, numeracy and good I.T. skills are vital. The Coordinator will also deal with suppliers and logistics companies. Previous experience in a similar role would definitely be an advantage.

Basic terms for role are:

• 12 Month Rolling Contract As Per Labor Code
• Monthly Gross Salary up to 1,800.00 azn dependent upon experience
• Inclusion in Bonus/Incentive scheme, paid monthly
• Probationary period 3 months
• Working Hours 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
• Lunch break is one hour 13:00 -14:00 (can vary subject to operational requirements). Meal breaks are not included in working hours
• Employment vacation as determined by the labor code
• Medical Insurance
