Position: Sales Manager
Location: Baku


Responsible for leading and delivering the agreed sales target by focusing on new business sales from both new and existing clients.


1. Drive sales effort in the area.
2. Customer facing role where high customer engagement is essential.
3. Promote Oceaneering and the growth strategy.
4. Provide input into proposals and bids including service and pricing win themes.
5. Ensure opportunities are constantly kept up to date in CRM.
6. Follow Miller Heiman sales process.


Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Other:

1. Preferred experience in Integrity Management services.
2. Preferred experience in relevant geography.

• Minimum of 10 years’ general sales experience preferably in an Integrity Management environment within the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Demonstrate initiative, drive and motivation to achieve targets and goals.
• Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Innovative and resourceful with the ability to think laterally to overcome problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.

Education and/or Experience:Engineering /or Business degree(s)
