The job description of Customer Coordinator

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

REPORTS TO: Department Director

POSITION SUMMARY:

(1) We are looking for a high-performing Customer Coordinator to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ A customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison
▪ Provide product/services information
▪ Resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency
▪ Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
▪ Preparing employee payroll and budget reports, marketing
▪ Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals
▪ Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation
▪ Set individual sales targets with the sales team
▪ Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting
▪ Control expenses and monitor budgets
▪ Determine price schedules and discount rates.
▪ Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS and DEMONSTRATED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

▪ Good business acumen
▪ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
▪ Strong organizational skills
▪ Extravert and sociable person
▪ At least a year of experience as a sales specialist or customer relations specialist role is preferred
▪ High School degree in business administration, or finance.
▪ Proven organizational and planning ability
▪ Able to work independently but within a strategic framework
▪ Must be efficient at utilizing computer-based tools to accomplish tasks
▪ Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
▪ Time management skills
▪ Customer service skills
▪ Language skills: Azerbaijan and English.

ABOUT WORK:

▪ 5 days per week
▪ Workplace: Caspian Plaza
