The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Lean Expert (L1, L2, L3, L4, and Master) of Customer Experience Tribe for Agile team.

Lean Expert (L1, L2, L3, L4, Master)
L1
interns or other employees who wants to get knowledge’s in this area.

L2

Duties

• Analyze existing processes to find gaps in existing product and find solution to optimize it’s quality
• Develop and design documents, process outlines and flowcharts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year continuous experience in one of areas: Integration Project Manager, Quality Assurance, System Architect, BPM, Strategy, etc.
• Overall at least 2 years work experience
• Understanding of systems structure and major business processes

Skills

• Analytical and problem solving
• Effective communication
• Presentation and documentation handling
• Project management and flow charts tools knowledge

L3

Duties

• Monitor internal controls and make recommendations as needed.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to archive better quality and time to market of a product
• Create new processes if needed to archive better quality and time to market of a product
• Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines and flowcharts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years continuous experience in one of areas: Integration Project Manager, Quality Assurance, System Architect, BPM, Strategy, etc.
• Multi-functional experience
• Overall more than 3 years work experience
• Knowledge of systems structure and major business processes

Skills

• Good analytical and problem solving
• IT platforms architecture understanding
• Effective communication
• Mentoring, presentation and documentation handling
• Project management and flow charts tools knowledge

L4

Duties

• Monitor internal controls and make recommendations as needed.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to archive better quality and time to market of a product
• Create new processes if needed to archive better quality and time to market of a product
• Evaluate all continuous improvement activities and implement plans to optimize performance and processes
• Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
• Reduce process errors, improve process results and save costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 3 or more years continuous experience in one of areas: Integration Project Manager, Quality Assurance, System Architect, BPM, Strategy, etc.
• Multi-functional experience
• Operational and lean management experience
• Overall 6+ years work experience
• Good knowledge of systems structure and major business processes
• Lean toolkit application skills (value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Error proofing, SMED, team problem solving, etc.)

Skills

• SDLC understanding
• Code understanding
• Effective communication
• Mentoring, presentation and documentation handling

Master

Duties

• Monitor internal controls and make recommendations as needed.

• 5 or more years continuous experience in one of areas: Integration Project Manager, Quality Assurance, System Architect, BPM, Strategy, etc.
• Multi-functional experience
• Operational and lean management experience
• Overall 10+ years work experience
• Strong knowledge of systems structure and major business processes
• Lean toolkit application skills (value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Error proofing, SMED, team problem solving, etc.)
• Proven leadership record in different positions including P&L (profit and loss) responsibility, expertise in work tickets, familiarity with outsourcing and insourcing, accounting structures
