"SOS Children's Villages - Azerbaijan" Association was founded in 1999 according to the agreement signed between "SOS Children’s Village International” and Azerbaijan government. The main purpose of the organization is providing family based care to the children deprived from parental care as well as implementation of different activities aimed to provide children social welfare. Currently a number of social and educational projects successfully have being implemented within SOS Children's Villages Baku and Ganja.

“SOS Children’s Villages – Azerbaijan” has been implementing Child Protection Policy based on UN Convention on Child Rights.

The main aim of the Digital Fundraiser is to support digital marketing and fundraising activity, advise as to the best way to implement channel marketing and fundraising activity and use their channel knowledge particularly for Digital, Social Media, Direct Marketing and Events. The role will work closely with the Senior Corporate Fundraiser in the development of digital and other channel fundraising policies.

Main Duties /Areas of responsibility

• Manage and coordinate further development of websites and related digital marketing features and connection to CRM and external payment providers to improve customer experience, customer satisfaction and business value generated.
This includes optimisation of web pages, landing pages, conversion strategies and technical requirements.
• Implement digital marketing plans or roadmaps to support lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives across the business to include digital PR, SEO, PPC, Social, Affiliate and Email marketing.
• Ability to drive new leads via online channels and demonstration or evidence of ROI
• Ability to grow customer base via digital marketing channels.
• Execute performance marketing in Google and Facebook as person and manage, coordinate and measure other operational activities with external agencies.
• Create and execute Email marketing plans, with the understanding to nurture relationships with new prospects and existing customers, for retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities and to demonstrate ROI.
• Report on results and set organisational KPIs and implement within dashboards using Google Analytics or other analytics packages.
• Understanding marketing channel attribution and tracking methodology.
• Work closely with internal departments responsible for content management and other social media campaigns, to assure an integrated digital marketing approach.
• Maintain regular contact with the other associations regarding web-related activities.
• Secure minimum 120 regular committed givers within 1 calendar year

Technical/Specific Experience
• Good knowledge about digital performance marketing and related tools, Adwords, Facebook Advertisement, etc.
• Experience of using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Sound technical understanding how to formalise marketing ideas into technical requirements.
• In-depth knowledge about social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, Affiliate marketing, Digital Design and Social Paid Advertising.
• Experience of managing and coordinating further development of websites and related digital marketing features.
• Understanding of HTML.

Professional Qualifications and Associations

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing either agency or client side
• Preferable certified Google Adwords Certified Professional and Facebook Certified Professional
