About the job

Strategic thinking, digital prowess, collaboration and creativity are the hallmarks of success in this role. You will serve as the creative director, visionary, owner and key point of contact for corporate social media strategy and the implementation of that strategy through our various channels and content platforms. You will develop a strategy that keeps us engaged with our audiences across platforms and channels and work with leadership to ensure we are strategically sharing our content as well as driving and joining conversations that matter customers, as well as moving our business steadily forward.

You Are ultimately responsible for:

• Proactively suggest, create and implement social media strategies to develop brand awareness
• Write, produce and guide contractors for the creation of daily creative and engaging social content, including text posts, videos, images, and experiment with social media platform content such as video or live streams
• Collaborate with the leadership to drive social media campaigns and activities
• Understand our products and communicate with customers, respond to queries in a timely manner in line with our brand value
• Perform data analysis of key metrics from campaign reports and Google Analytics to identify, recommend and optimize paid social programs
• Provide monthly analytics updates in reference to set KPIs for the leadership
• Create and maintain the customer database
• Research and stay up-to-date on social media best practices, tools, SEO trends, and other ways for building an engaged audience

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/digital communication or relevant subject area
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience and success as a social media manager
• Strong communication skills (In English, Russian and Azeri)
• Creative graphic design and production skills (Photo and Video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Pro-active, well organized and flexible
• Team player and customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to quickly craft clear and timely messages and attract audience
• Passion for the musical industry
