• Candidate must hold bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university
• Speaking/reading/writing English, Russian, and Azerbaijani is required;
• Minimum two years experience as a Digital Manager, preferably in media agency
• Deep knowledge of video advertising, paid social, paid search buys, SEO and display advertising (Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter and other online platforms);
• Candidates with e-Commerce experience will be preferred;
• Experience in using 3rd party ad servers and Google Analytics;
• Good understanding of key digital KPIs;
• Demonstrated ability to run & optimize multiple campaigns;
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent multitasking skills;
• Ability to work in a team and independently;
• Accurate, reliable and flexible;
• Time management and multi-tasking skills;
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;


• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities on several online accounts;
• Develop, implement and manage clients’ online campaigns (paid search, SEO, paid social, video, display advertising);
• Define most important digital media KPIs;
• Measure the success of every digital media campaign;
• Report actionable insights and recommendations clearly and concisely;
• Stay up to date with latest digital best practices and technologies/ tools;
• Be responsible for online media planning, implementation, optimization and reporting;
• Collaborate with Strategy and Activation Teams;


• Salary: Depends on the candidate
• Schedule of work: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
