HR Specialist
We are looking for a HR Specialist in newly established boutique hotel to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Responsibilities
• Create and publish job ads in various portals • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees • Finding new sources for getting applications. • Sorting the CVs and keeping CV database for future opportunities. • Screen resumes and job applications • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive) • Handling employee document administration. • Doing HR system updates. • Working with HR related reporting and analytics. • Drafting and advising on local pay and benefit related matters
Requirements
• At least 3 years of proven experience in HR operations and recruitment in Hospitality or restaurant management industries. • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and other professional websites. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of labor code of Azerbaijan Republic. • Good written and verbal communications skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
