
Sales administration and support
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Internet; - Experience in sales (3 or more years); - High technical education; - Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian; - Details oriented; - Accurate, reliable and flexible; - Ability to work both independently and in a team;
Responsibilities:
- Supports sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment, Tendering tool and CRM) and customer inquiries; - Maintains customer data and hierarchies in CRM as instructed by sales person or key account manager; - Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person; - Follows up the customer’s approval of designs and lay-out drawings; - Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager /product manager; - Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments (in some FL’s); - Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers etc.; - Assists in general office tasks; - Supports in organizing customer visits, tasks and events.
Conditions:
- 8 hours / 5 days - Salary will be negotiated based on the candidate’s skills
