Job Description:
- Manage client database (update and segmentation) - Compile systematic reports - Analyse database - Create and propose various activities (loyalty programs etc.) - Personally supervise relations with VIP clients - Create correspondence templates (written and verbal) - Supervise and analyse correspondence results (follow up)
Requirements:
- Basic Marketing knowledge - Advanced analytical skills - Advanced interpersonal and communication skills - Client-oriented thinking - Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages (Intermediate or Advanced level of English will be an advantage) - Advanced user of MS Office programs
