International SOS, the world’s leading provider with over 20 years experience of Medical assistance, International healthcare, Security services and Outsourced customer care are seeking a candidate for the position of an Account Manager.

Summary of position:

The Account Manager (AM) will be directly responsible for the management, retention and growth of existing customer portfolio by managing renewal activity, supporting Business Development team in identifying cross and up-sell opportunities, driving utilization, assisting Finance with any identified issues related to the managed Client portfolio. Renewal & Account Extension Activity: full responsibility for the contract renewal process, contract renewal prior to expiration, support Business Development team in identifying cross and up-sell opportunities in order to achieve/overachieve renewal account extension targets. Development of Customer Relationship: demonstrate knowledge & understanding of all relevant clients, target market trends &competitive environment within assigned segment. Elaborate, develop and implement strategic Account Management plan covering, among other strategic objectives, client agenda, communication and reporting plans. Develop long lasting, multi-layered relationships with new and existing customers to provide account stability, grow client trust and generate account extension sales.

Ensure that client’s needs are fully assessed.

The successful candidate should have:

- Educated to University level/Bachelor Degree
- Experience in an operationally / commercially focused analytical and/or Customer Services role
- Research experience valuable
- Russian, Azeri and English language skills (oral and written)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM applications)
- Strong consultative / solution selling skills and well developed influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to motivate and influence internal and external clients to commit to buy and the drive to close sales.
- Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
