Position: STORE MANAGER (Electronics Store)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Good personality and management skills
• Experience in retail, sales, and service, preferably from Electronics Store
• Good Russian communication skills

Job Description:

• Responsible for running the store to meet the company’s targets and policies.
• Responsible for the Sales & Profit of the store, to maximize profit whilst minimizing costs.
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
• Responding to customer complaints and comments
