International Logistics company is looking for Operation Coordinator


Job Responsibilities:

• Registering incoming inquiries
• Search and compare vendors by required services
• Negotiating with vendors on price and transportation terms
• Coordinate transportation projects
• Establish and maintain vendor databases
• Ensure proper documentation availability

Requirements for Candidate:

• Higher Education
• Relevant work experience – minimum 1 year
• Self-motivated, Self-development, self-education
• Attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, discipline
• Good communications and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Strong knowledge of English language
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office proficiency
• Business writing, negotiating, reporting and documentation skills

Work schedule

• Mon-Fri / 0900 – 1800
• Possible night shifts as required
• Salary expectations: 800 AZN
