The Modern Educational Complex named after Heydar Aliyev invites candidates to apply for the position of The Recruiter and Specialist on Expatriate issues. We are seeking dynamic, energetic, people who have a desire to work collaboratively with their local and foreign colleagues in an international environment and open for continuous learning and improvement in this field.


• Creating vacancies for the demanded positions in three languages (English, Azerbaijani and Russian)
• Getting in touch with relevant Job Posting websites to make the vacancy posted.
• Receiving all the CVs and making shortlist and introducing them to HR Manager.
• Getting in touch with selected candidates via phone to invite them to the interview.
• Preparing meeting room for the interview and providing all interviewers with questionaries, tests, and all other important equipment.
• Actively participating ice breaking, team building, development and motivational projects that are organized by HR Department.
• As an Expatriate Specialist greeting Expat workers from Airport and accompaniying them till their apartment.
• Dealing with accomodation and other issues of the expatrite workers.
• Taking Expatriate workers and their family members to clinics for medical check-up.


• Bachelor's or master's degree in the related field
• 2 years of Experience in Recruiting or any other HR related job.
• Knowledge of Labor law is an advantage for the candidate.
• A very good command of both written and spoken English, Russian language is an advantage for the candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative, solution-orientated and positive approach to all challenges.
