Blue Planet Distribution LLC is announcing a vacancy of HR Specialist


• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases and prepare necessary orders.
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
• Analyzing job duties
• Writing job descriptions
• Negotiation with companies regarding the internship and scholarship programs
• Develop and implement HR strategies
• Implementing training and development plans
• Orienting new employees to the organization
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Investigates the accidents and prepares reports to HR Manager as per Labor Legislation AR.
• Provide HR advisory services to department heads
• Responsible for business travel (flights, hotel, visa and transportation) for employees
• Joined “meet-and-assist” service with Transportation department for arriving guests
• Prepare and manage yearly travel and migration budget
• Proceed with Migration processes for employees as per Migration Legislation AR
• Coordinating and registering of employees’ trainings, seminars, workshops, briefings, etc(external, in-house, and internal) as per the Total Company training plan
• Prepare internal letters as necessary
• Developing and administering health and safety programs
• Conducting safety inspections
• Maintaining accident records
• Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance


• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources sphere
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts
• 1C knowledge
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Power Point
