 Job title: Account Manager
Key accountabilities:
• Act as primary point of contact for all customer account management matters. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trusted relationships with clients, end users and executive management. • Have a deep and correct understanding of business requirements and priorities. • Work with project team and services delivery organization to ensure that products and services are delivered in a timely fashion according to customer needs and objectives. • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Forecast and track key account metrics. • Prepare reports on account status. • Collaborate with sales team to stay in touch with new technologies. • Promote new solutions and products to customer. • Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed.
Experience & Education:
• University Degree. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Sales, Customer care, as Account Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager or Operations Manager. • Good understanding and awareness about Information Technology. • Good understanding and experience with CRM system and office applications. • Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages. • Good command of MS office.
Skills & Abilities:
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive management. • Excellent customer relationship management skills. • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Process oriented and delivery focus approach. • Good and proven track record of providing services for government organizations. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
