Job Role Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs - Preparing/adjusting internal and external job announcements - Screening resumes - Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates - Administering appropriate company assessments - Performing reference and background checks - Making recommendations to company hiring managers - Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers - Following up on the interview process status - Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved - Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process - Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices - Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations - Completing timely reports on employment activity
Position Qualification
Education
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, International Relations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) minimum 3 years - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.) - Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.) - Familiarity with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) etc. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills - Critical thinking and analytical skillset - Proficient Microsoft Office skills - Record of flexibility and learning agility - Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills - Time management and multitasking - Decision making ability - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
