Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Working hours: Mon - Fri 10:00 - 19:00 (Full-time or Part-time)


• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Answer customer inquiries on digital channels of the company
• Manage and optimize company pages and content within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Grow and keep social media and digital channels engaged
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, loyalty, product etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Propose campaigns, promotions and product marketing ideas based on competitive analysis, market research and reports
• Prepare and launch paid and unpaid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google AdWords, social media, email, etc.) in order to drive new user acquisition growth, increase customer retention and revenue
• Develop ideas for customized campaigns based on target
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, lead goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other initiatives
• Continuously develop knowledge of digital best practices
• Maintain knowledge of the social landscape and upcoming digital trends


• At least 1 year of work experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Excellent interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies and plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics).
• Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
