SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Azprotech (Inprotech group) is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. No previous sales experience is required for this role - your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on lead generation campaigns. This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with Sales Directors to generate new opportunities. This person will be expected to report on qualification, call and email activity, and stay informed on all products and the Experience Management industry in general.

You will have the opportunity to prospect into a portfolio of Enterprise brands and engage in meaningful executive interactions. As you build the foundation for Azprotech (Inprotech group) future success, you will also build a set of skills that differentiates you from your peers in the market. This is not a siloed position - we want a collaborative individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and product feedback back into the organization and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.

AZPROTECH is a professional procurement company based in Baku, Azerbaijan. We are specialized in worldwide sourcing and supplying of equipment to Azerbaijan and Central Asia markets. Our focus is on serving the oil, gas, petrochemical, power, marine and other heavy industries as well as the contractors engaged in these fields.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Experience in sales of industrial equipment and tools
- Ability to articulate complex topics and build rapport with prospects and stakeholders remotely.
- Self-motivation and persistence in the face of rejection or adversity
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation and on social media.
- You are a great writer, speaker, and listener.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Learn the products from variety partners worldwide, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
- Develop the clients, partners and distributors list Interact with prospects via phone and email with a high attention to detail.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Maintaining client records.
- Develop and execute on a strong prospecting strategy, including identifying customer pain points and addressing the value for the customer in your messaging.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

COMPANY SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
Working remotely
WAGE: rate +% based on interview results
